Welcome to Puck & Son TCG. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General

1.1. Puck & Son TCG is an online retailer specializing in trading card games (TCG), including Pokémon TCG and other collectible card games.

1.2. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, purchasing products, and interacting with our services.

1.3. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent.

2. Orders

2.1. All orders are subject to product availability.

2.2. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspicious activity.

2.3. Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation is not a guarantee of product availability or acceptance.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1. All prices are listed in AUD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3.2. Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept payments via approved payment methods displayed at checkout.

3.3. For payment plans or deposits (e.g., pre-orders), full payment details and schedule will be confirmed at checkout. A 20% deposit may apply for payment plans.

3.4. Late payments may incur fees or order cancellation.

4. Pre-Orders and Backorders

4.1. Pre-order and backorder items will ship only when the items become available.

4.2. If your order contains both pre-order/backorder and in-stock items, all items will ship together once the pre-order/backorder is ready.

4.3. Estimated release and shipping dates are provided, but we are not liable for delays beyond our control.

5. Shipping

5.1. Orders are processed within 72 hours of payment confirmation, excluding pre-order/backorder items.

5.2. Shipping costs and timelines depend on your chosen shipping method and destination.

5.3. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery. Please inspect your items upon arrival and contact us immediately if there are any issues.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

6.1. We accept returns or exchanges for defective or damaged products only. Proof of defect or damage may be required.

6.2. Pre-order and sealed card products are non-refundable unless defective upon arrival.

6.3. Refunds, where approved, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Product Authenticity and Condition

7.1. All items sold by Puck & Son TCG are sourced from verified suppliers.

7.2. While we strive for accurate grading and condition descriptions, card grading is subject to professional grading services. Puck & Son TCG is not liable for discrepancies in grading beyond what is disclosed at the time of sale.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. Puck & Son TCG is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your purchase or use of our products.

8.2. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the product(s) purchased.

8.3. We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by shipping carriers.

9.1. All content on the Puck & Son TCG website, including logos, images, text, and designs, is owned or licensed by Puck & Son TCG.

9.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

Pre-Order Policy

 
Please Read Before Placing a Pre-Order

When placing a Pre-Order (or Back-Order) through Puck & Son TCG, please take a moment to review the following information:

Shipping Policy for Combined Orders

If your cart includes a Pre-Order item, all items in your order will ship together once the Pre-Order item is ready.
For example, if your Pre-Order item is set to release in one month, your entire order will be shipped at that time.

If you’d like your in-stock items shipped immediately, please place them in a separate order.

Order Fulfillment

Orders cannot be partially fulfilled or partially cancelled once placed.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

Payment for all Pre-Order and Back-Order items is charged immediately at the time of purchase.

Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment, however, please note that a 5% cancellation fee applies.
This fee covers non-refundable payment processing costs incurred during the initial transaction.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

 
Order Processing

Once your order is placed, our team gets to work carefully picking your items from the warehouse and packing them with care — just like we’d want our own cards handled! Please allow up to 72 hours for us to pick and pack your order before it’s ready to ship.

Shipping Timeline

  • We only ship once your full order is ready to go.

  • If your order includes a pre-order item, we’ll hold everything until that item arrives so your whole order can ship together.

  • Once dispatched, your order should reach you within 2–8 business days.

 

As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

A Few Things to Note

  • Shipping timeframes are based on the advertised dispatch date.

  • For pre-order items, the dispatch date listed next to the product name marks when the delivery timeframe begins.

  • If there’s no date listed, that means the item is in stock and ready to ship!

Return Policy

 

Due to the nature of sealed trading card products, we are unable to accept returns. However, your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged or does not match the description, please contact us at info@puckandson.com.au, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Please note that while we are committed to excellent service, any postage costs incurred are non-refundable.
